The Foreign Language Club is celebrating Hispanic Heritage Month by sponsoring a trivia-based egg hunt. Around all three buildings on our campus, students can find plastic eggs stuffed with trivia questions.  Interested students should bring the egg and answer to the question to Mrs. Papp in room 103F for a treat.

Come out tonight and support your Volleyball Ladywaves as we celebrate Senior night. Games times against Hancock are 6:30; 7:30; and 8:30 and will be played in the Senior Academy Gym.

All JV and Freshman Volleyball players need to meet in Mrs. Heibert’s room during AT today.

This week is Ally Week.  Ally week is a national youth-led effort encouraging students and staff to become allies with the LGBT members of their community in standing against bullying & harassment. Ally week is a excellent time to learn how you can support not only for the LGBT community but anyone who faces discrimination or bullying. The GSA club will be sharing information this week about how you can be a peer, teacher, and administrator ally to all. Let’s show everyone what #AllOneAllIn truly means.

FCA would like to invite all students and staff to See You at the Pole this Wednesday morning. It will be in front of the Freshman Academy from 7:45-8:05.

There will be a Governor’s Scholars meeting today during AT in Lab 400.  This meeting is only for the students listed on the chunk calendar.

Please give a HUGE shout-out to our Freshman Ladywave Volleyball team who brought home a First Place trophy for their undefeated play at the Owensboro Volleyball Tournament this weekend. Ladies, keep working hard to achieve that goal of a completely undefeated season!

On Saturday, the cross country team competed in Bowling Green at the Gaterland Run. The Ladywaves came in 3rd with Zoe Wilson leading the pack with a 9th place finish; the boys team came in 6th with Kizer Burnett leading the team with a 12th place finish. Congrats to our cross country runners!
